The Position Includes:
??????????? Leading, managing & influencing cross functional project teams to define and address business problems and to drive to successful project implementation
??????????? Managing and improving business processes, including the annual planning process
??????????? Developing business models for new business opportunities
??????????? Gathering data from disparate sources within Oakley and Luxottica, including market data, historical performance, scorecards and company financials. Drawing conclusions from the data and summarizing this information into key messages
??????????? Developing expertise in extracting and analyzing data from Oakley?s systems, including SAP/BW to make informed business decisions
??????????? Developing presentations that synthesize the business issues and help drive decisions
??????????? Communicating with stakeholders throughout Oakley and Luxottica to compile data/findings, and gain input, validation and buy-in on key decisions
Qualifications
??????????? 12-15 years work experience in a strategy group, for a consumer packaged goods firm, and/or a consulting firm
??????????? MBA degree is a plus. Bachelors degree from a top tier university. Quantitative majors a plus
??????????? Ability to work through ambiguous issues to drive and deliver meaningful solutions
??????????? Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
??????????? Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
??????????? Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
??????????? Expert level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
??????????? Ability to work well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, but team-oriented environment
??????????? An interest in making change happen
??????????? Legal right to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
